Which LMS do you offer?
Currently you can create a Moodle™ site . We'll be adding more LMSs in the future.
What are the limitations of free accounts?
Your site can have up to 100 registered users and 2GB of storage.
My site is not sending email notifications. whats wrong?
Fee accounts do not include email sending feature. However, you can configure your site to use any smtp email server.
Can i install plugins and themes?
Yes, you can install plugins and themes.
Can i use my own domain name in my site?
Yes, in paid plans
What LMS version will be my site?
Your site will have the latest lms version.
How can i upgrade my site to a new Version?
Only paid accounts can be upgraded to a new LMS version.
What is the file size upload limit in Xeted sites?
File upload limit is 300MB. We recommend you to store large files in Google Drive or Dropbox.
Do you provide help and support for free accounts?
There are many Moodle LMS resources available online. If you experience any server issues with your site, reach out to us via our support email and we'll respond within 24 hours
What happens if nobody access my site?
In free sites, if nobody log into your site with a user account for 60 consecutive days your site will be deactivated automatically.
